Easy to use and no more cold food!

I used to have one of those Hostess Trolleys on wheels. Did the job but it was expensive to run and to keep the elements hot you needed to keep the tray plugged in. It worked but failed after a few years and got thrown away. That was 10 years ago and recently I bought this and I have been blown away.So easy to use. You plug it in for 8 minutes and the hostess can then be unplugged and the plate retains the heat. No leads to worry about and the plate kept the plates hot and the food kept its temperature throughout the meal. The other great thing is that plate is not overly heavy and it is long enough to hold several plates. I can see these rolling off the shelves prior to Christmas!!I can see this tray being used on a regular basis - and especially this Christmas.

Hostess hotray

The electrics in my old brown one had gone and these are slightly different. This one arrived in double quick time, is slick and neater than the old one and is good to sit on the table while you eat your take away Chinese or Indian too. thanks.

Flawed product and customer service

This product has badly designed curved support legs, that will easily crack, chip and break when transported around. They also do not stack ontop of each other.This product was from a third pasrty supplier, who made it very difficult and expensive to return & refund the productVery poor service overall
