This product is a complete waste of time.You have to freeze the bowl first (takes up to 24 hours). Then you add the ice cream mix with the mixing blades moving the mixture while it partially freezes. The issue is the motor driving the blades is not man enough and grinds to a halt before completing the process. The mixture even at this stage comes out rather runny (i.e. it is not frozen enough).Waste of money....
