Brilliant attachment, although expensive as you have to buy all the discs separately. The cutter isn't great for some of the shapes and I have found it best to take it off and just use a sharp knife instead. Very easy to use and no kneading of the dough required as the spiral pusher does that while it pushes the dough through. Very good quality and easy to clean. Great fun too!!!

Easy to assembly & use. Makes great pasta. Recipe & instructions make this a clear Way to make home made pasta at home.We added tomato & basil to the crumble dough. Makes the pasta really tasty. Adding tomato paste makes tri colour when also using green pesto & plain in other batches.For a family of 4 you really need to double the batch size in the booklet... 4 eggs etc. medium free range can make the crumble dough too sticky so best to use smaller eggs.It will pay for itself in no time :-)
