This mincer has a forward and reverse speed. To enable the forward speed put the first speed (1) on and the "on" button.
For the reverse speed select the (number 2 button) and then the "R" button.
Please DO NOT put any part of this machine in the dishwasher.
Please rinse the blades in hot soapy water and then apply vegetable oil after washing to the screen preserve the plates.

gr8 item only one fault was that the mincer blade becomes rusty after 1st use,i have not tried other blades at the moment
