Lovely Severin Mini Oven does the great job!

Lovely oven for a small space and its well ventilated as pictured there are a lot of air vents.So far I've roasted potatoes, parsnips to perfection during xmas along with cooking a pizza on the pizza grillstone which cooked nicely! (Note to all when using the grillstone it stains naturally so dont worry). This oven really roasts very well! Haven't roasted a chicken yet but first impressions are that it doesnt get too hot on the outside of the oven unlike many I've used.Won't be disappointed if you buy this! Remember when you purchase this, put it on full heat for 20mins! (Note there will be a smell but after that! Need not to worry as it won't come back).

Decisions, decisions ...

1. Reason for purchase? AGA user and due to the price of oil and the hot summer :-) we turned it off but what do you use instead? There are just certain things that cannot be cooked in a microwave.2. Discovery? These are called Mini Ovens.3. Top of List? Oven capacity. Family of six,4. So why this one? 28 Litres; rotating spit; pizza stone; baking tray; biscuit tray; hot air convection.5. Initial thoughts? It actually looks better in reality and seems of good quality. it is simple to put together - just noting that the reflector sheet goes under the elements - not above!6. Use? Set timer for twenty minutes at 220 after ten minutes I put the part baked baguettes in and after 10 minutes, they were ready!7. I only got it today but initial impressions are good. I wasn't disappointed in the size. It cooks bread brilliantly. I will update my review as I try the other functions. The accessories are a bonus and I may not have been thinking about cooking biscuits but as there is a tray .. why not?

I have had the smaller oven and had difficulty finding small dishes to fit inside, the 28 litre is suitable for full size baking trays, so I am happy with that.
