This model features a UK plug; a Europe plug model is also available. The SousVide Supreme Vacuum Sealer offers an affordable, convenient, and efficient way to package foods to be cooked in the Sous Vide Supreme water oven.

Two settings (important to successful sous vide cooking):
- vacuum + seal function to remove most of the air from the cooking pouch food to ensure maximum heat transfer between the water and the food in sous vide cooking

- quick-seal function for use without vacuum when packaging foods with liquids or marinades

A very good home vac packer

I have had one of these for about 6 months now and it has been very useful for sous vide cooking and packaging food up to freeze. It pulls almost all of the air out of the bag, except where the food has voids and is easy to use. It seems to tollerate when I accidentally let it suck juice or liquid out of the bag too. There is a "vac and seal" button, for general use and a "seal only" button, for wet foods. All in all, although expensive, it is a good piece of kit, easy to use and reliable so far.

Excellent value for money

I find this vacuum sealer excellent: it works as it should, sealing quickly, vacuuming and sealing when required. It is easy to use, easy to clean and and has space to wind up the flex in the base, saving on storage space. I originally order a similar product from another supplier who took so long to fill the order I cancelled and ordered this one instead: it was dispatched and delivered in 2 or 3 days. I thoroughly recommend the product.

Great piece of kit

This little machine is great. The vacuum is generated quickly and the bag sealer is also very efficient. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested in cooking great meals.
