came well before time well pack it looks brill in my kitchen it cooks lovely spot on best halogen oven ive brought i had a nu wave oven before not going back I LOVE THIS HALOGEN OVEN IM GLAD I ORDER THIS ITEM.

This has to be the best Halogen cooker out there. It has a DIGITAL panel not a clockwork timer and knobs like most of the others. You can precisely set the temp and time on the wipe clean panel. Why not 5 stars? The instruction booklet gives the wrong info on raising the height of the arm. It also has a preset that (says it) will cook a pizza in 3 mins. Nothing is that fast, so that preset is just good for a quick reheat. It really cooks food well and quickly. I wish it gave details on a replacement bulb/element but I'll cross that bridge when I meet it. The item was dispatched quickly and was packed well. 2 thumbs up.
